Kaitlyn A. Cramer
Kaitlyn Cramer joined the firm in 2018. She has focused the majority of her career on the defense of first party No-Fault and third party automobile negligence claims, along with general liability, products liability, and premises liability actions. She has obtained summary disposition in multiple Michigan courts for her insurance-related clients, and she has defended these victories on the appellate level as well. Ms. Cramer has also provided expert legal analysis for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, specifically on the application of new legal developments in the field of No-Fault litigation, and she has previously been recognized by her peers as a “Super Lawyer – Rising Star.”
Ms. Cramer honed her advocacy skills while a student at Wayne State University Law School, from which she graduated cum laude in 2013. While there, Ms. Cramer was a member of the Wayne Law Review and participated in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court program. Her team finished 18th in the world while competing in international rounds in Washington D.C. where Ms. Cramer was also named one of the world’s top oralists. Ms. Cramer was also named “Best Oralist” during the Midwest Regional of the Jessup, with an advocacy score that placed her above all other American participants. Due to her success in the program, she is now regularly invited to serve as a judge for its regional rounds in Chicago.
Ms. Cramer also attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate studies. She graduated in 2009 from the university’s prestigious James Madison College with a degree in International Relations. She was further recognized as a member of the Honors College.
