Overview

For nearly two decades, Robert Abramson has built a reputation for busting open fraudulent insurance claims. He has conducted over 500 examinations under oath for numerous carriers in first party PIP, bodily injury cases, premises liability, and major case units in fire and theft.

These EUOs and subsequent declaratory judgment actions have led to the dismissal of over $10,000,000 in claims.

As a sought-after and entertaining speaker, Robert has been invited multiple times to speak on fraud tactics at the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) Conference, which has over 400 people in attendance. He has also spoken at the Insurance Alliance of Michigan Conference in Lansing over the last decade on such topics as fraud in the application, teaching adjusters key questions to ask on initial loss calls, and how to locate records plaintiffs don’t want you to find in PIP and BI cases.
