Bryan M. Beckerman
Mr. Beckerman not only devotes a substantial amount of his practice time to the area of Employee Benefits Law, but also is skilled at the handling of all aspects of creditor-debtor law and collections in general, including the representation of numerous employee benefit funds, businesses and individuals. He also concentrates his practice on real estate and corporate transactional work associated with not only numerous local businesses, but with employee benefit funds themselves. Additionally, Mr. Beckerman has extensive experience in the review of both investment related and insurance documentation, along with the assessment of the agreements’ compliance aspects associated with employee benefit funds.
Mr. Beckerman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 1994.
Mr. Beckerman is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan at both the State and Federal Court levels. He is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Oakland County Bar Association.
